He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thompson and Mamie Thompson; and his grandsons, Joshua Cawthon and Christian David Wesley Cawthon. He is survived by: his son John Thompson (Lesley) of Yukon; his stepdaughters, Nancy Huddleston and Lisa McKenna; his brothers, Ed Sunny Thompson of Eastland and Dale Thompson of Shawnee; and his grandchildren, Kody Thompson and Kelly Thompson.
