He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Thomas Lewis and LaVoyce Gertrude Sanders; his brother Thomas Ray Lewis; his wife Janet Lewis of Edgewood; his sons, Tommy Alexander of Wills Point and Robert Lewis (Karen) of Wills Point; his grandchildren, Truett Lewis, Rachel Lewis, Nathen Lewis and Hailey Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Dallas Lewis, Serenity Etheridge and Bailey Lewis.
