It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Knox of Edgewood, Texas, born in Canton, Texas, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Aldon Knox and Willie Jo Chaney Knox; and his brothers, Truman Knox of Canton, TX and Bill Knox (Maudie Knox) of Austin, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Gregory of Edgewood, TX; his stepchildren, Monica Roy (Tommy) of Edgewood, TX and Robert Duggan of Longview, TX; his brother Sam Knox (Melva) of Hideaway Lake, TX; his grandchildren, Ruby Caroline Spence, Caitlin Paige Spence and Nickolas Roy; and his close friends, Linda Jones of Canton, Beverly Dudley of Terrell and Morgan Brown of Edgewood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
