She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leroy Waggoner and Vivian Eileen Allen Waggoner; her children, Douglas Niles Carter of Crosby, Guy Nelson Carter (Lisa) of Lewisville and Torri Lee Carter Beard (Ty) of Tyler; her brother Roy Lee Waggoner (Terry) of Bowie; and her granddaughters, Brianna Beard, Brooke Carter and Brittany Beard.
