She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Culver and Bonnie Culver; her husband Jack Simmons; her daughter Sherry Simmons; and her siblings, Jimmy Culver Orvill Culver, Charles Culver, Jerry Culver, Harvey Sanders and Mary Culver.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Simmons (Rhonda) of Sachse, Texas, Betty Thompson of Edgewood and Tye Haake of Edgewood; her brother John Culver (Sherry) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Tonya McCartney, Tara Mulvihill, Consuela, Andy Ables, Felicha Campbell and Cody Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Drew Ables, Taelour McCartney, Tylee McCartney, Brixtyn Mulvihill and Layden Mulvihill.
