He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Jones; his parents, William Brooks and Etta Brooks; and his siblings, Neal Brooks (Isabel) and Nadine Johnson (Gerald).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Martinez (Eloy) of Canton, TX and Cheryl Millet (Javier) of Dallas, TX; and his grandson David (Ben).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Ben's memory to the First Baptist Church of Edgewood.
