She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Miracle and Josephine Miracle; her husband Alton H. Deviney, Jr.; and her brother Joe Robert Miracle. She is survived by: her daughters, Phillis Fisk (John) and Karen Wortham; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Summers, Mallory Patzke (Chad), Michaela Hahn (Mark), Kali Wortham and Logan Bock (Christi). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

“Nancy was a wonderful woman and a very good friend to us. We knew her for years and also Alton.. Most of our contact was through helicopters and being stationed at the same bases Devine's were. She was always interested in us, our problems and friendship. She will be terribly missed by all who knew her. Rest in Peace Nancy, Phyllis and Jerry Stroh”
