She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Noel and Elenora Noel; and her sister Barbara Ann Noel. She is survived by: her husband Wendell Mosley of Eddy; her son Chris Mosley (Tammy) of Troy; her granddaughters, Madison and Brooklyn Mosley; and her sister Carol Ann Noel-Mattlage of Rockwall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Bell County Retired School Employees Association Scholarship Fund.
