He was predeceased by: his parents, John Monroe Carlisle Sr. and Inez LaDene Carlisle (Hargrove); and his siblings, Sherry Powell (Lawrence) and Glenn Randal Carlisle (Randy). He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Carlisle (Donna), Linda Carlisle and Carolyn Gentry (Kenneth); and also, Bird, Lloyd of Mikie, JD, Nathern and Matt. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 20 great nieces and great nephews; 6 great great nieces and great great nephews.
