She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Balderas; her parents, Natividad Vargas and Petra Aguilar; and her siblings, Carlota Lawrence, Procopio Balderas, Petra Balderas and Guadalupe Balderas.
She is survived by: her children, Benita, Tana, Maria Luisa Villarreal, Gustavo Balderas, Juana Delia Ramirez Leal (Hector), Hermelinda Guzman (Gilberto), Juan Carlos Balderas, Jorge Armando Balderas, Yeini Balderas and Ricardo Balderas. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 45+ great-grandchildren; 20+ great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Val Verde Memorial Gardens (6200 N Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
