He is survived by: his mother Simona Garcia of Edcouch; his children, Mike Edward Garcia (Rossi) of San Antonio, Jason Richard Garcia (Jovana) of Sebastian, Jaime E. Garcia (Maria Elena) of Monte Alto and Debra Denise Garza (Mario) of Monte Alto; his stepchildren, Mario Castro, Jr. of Longview, Joseph Stephen Castro of San Antonio and Jennifer Lynn Zavala (Richard) of San Antonio; and his siblings, Benito Garcia (Noelia) of Edcouch, Antonio Garcia (Lucy) of Elsa, Juan Carlos Garcia (Lupita) of Edcouch, Guadalupe Garcia (Janie) of Elsa, Rosario Perez of San Antonio, Norma Loredo (Francisco), Magdalena Vallejo (Eustaquio) of San Angelo and Petronila Garcia of Edcouch. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces.
