He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Perez and San Juana Perez. He is survived by: his wife Imelda Perez; his children, Jose Perez, Jr., Pascual Perez, Miguel Angel Perez, San Juanita Martinez (Luciano, Jr.), Juana Estella Perez and Brenda Berenice Perez; and his siblings, Reynaldo Perez (San Juana), Rogelio Perez (Gloria), Monserrata Perez (Irma), Estefana Perez and San Juana Marquez (Gilberto). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
