He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Guadalupe Cisneros and Consuelo Velasquez Cisneros; his siblings, Jaime Cisneros, Rumaldo Cisneros, Santos Garcia, Santiago Garcia, Juan Garcia, Dora Cisneros and Irene Cisneros; his uncle Jose Garcia; and his aunt Ignacia V. Garcia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Cisneros (Hector Mariscal) and Aspen Renee Zamarripa; his grandchildren, Aaron, Adrian and Abram Mariscal; and his siblings, Noe Cisneros, Jose Guadalupe Cisneros Jr., Jesus Cisneros, Ramon Garcia, Lupe Garcia, George Garcia, Enedelia Cisneros, Cynthia Cisneros and Amelia Aguilar.
