She was predeceased by: her parents, Basilio Alonzo and Isidra Alonzo; and her husband Ignacio Valdez. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Valdez (Giselle), Paul Valdez (Aurora), Rosalinda Cantu (Tim) and Erica Loredo (Rolando); her stepchildren, Elizabeth Valdez, Daniel Valdez, Sandra Valdez and Maricela Valdez; and her siblings, Daniel Leija and Maria Alonzo. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
