She was predeceased by: her parents, Moises Altamirano and Maria Montelongo; and her brothers, Moises Altamirano and Ismael Altamirano. She is survived by: her children, Arturo Contreras (Anna), Delma Salinas (Gilbert), Sandy Contreras, Mary Ybarra (Manuel), Jesse Contreras (Kathy), Jimmy Contreras (Yesenia) and Andrew Contreras (Margarita); and her siblings, Heliberto Martinez, Lorenzo Altamirano, Gloria Altamirano, Yolanda Garza, Mary Contreras, Delia Altamirano and Aida Altamirano. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
