He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Lewis and Lorena Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Lance Lewis of Donna and Scott Lewis of Michigan; his grandchildren, Devann Lewis, Julie Lewis, Jacob and Jonathon Lewis; and his siblings, Arland Lewis (Grace), Larry Lewis (Ruby), Lorna Bray (Hubert) and Edna Yarbrough.
