He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Rodriguez, Sr. and Aurora Rodriguez; and his siblings, Ruben Rodriguez, Lee Roy Rodriguez, Ezequiel Rodriguez and Adelita Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Lucia Rodriguez; and his children, Samuel Plunkett, Fred Rodriguez (Rachel), Robert Rodriguez (Vivi), Stephanie Rodriguez and Betty Rodriguez (Rene). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Chapels (1401 E Santa Rosa Ave, Edcouch, TX 78538). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Theresa of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church (200 Salazar St, Edcouch, TX 78538). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
