He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Solis and Irenea Solis; and his siblings, Ruben, Arturo, Rogelio, Sara Gonzales and Juana Solis.
He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Carr Solis; his children, Jerardo Solis, Alicia, Silverio Solis, Oliverio Solis (Isabel), Irma Barreiro (Richard) and Enrique Solis (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Baldomero Solis, David Solis, Aaron Solis and Moises Solis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
