He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Smith of Ector, Texas; his daughter Pam Thomason (Tim) of Ector, Texas; his grandchildren, Chelsea Thomason, Nathan Thomason, Tiffany Smith and Heather Smith; his great grandchildren, Jaden Smith, Tristan Smith, Triana Smith and Kyla Smith Welton; and his son Kevin Paxton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
