Harrell, Sr. and Peggy Locke (Michael) of Brownwood; his children, Cheyanne Harrell, Christopher Harrell, Bailey Powell, Samantha Aller, Nathaniel, Daniel and Tracie Aller; his grandchildren, Jacielynn and Stetson; his brothers, Tommy Harrell (Elsa Martinez) of Brownwood and J. B. Harrell, Jr. of Brownwood; his uncles, Jerry Peel and Leonard Peel (Nelda); and his aunt Susie Peel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
