She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Simmons and Winnie Robinson Simmons; her husband James Gillus Biggs; and her sons, James Clayton Biggs and Delbert Lynn Biggs.
She is survived by: her son Albert Biggs (Betty); and her grandchildren, Bobby Biggs, Amy West, Holly Bays, Charlotte Lee, Cody Biggs, Mandy Biggs, Shauna Turner and Hailey Pasley. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
