He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas Trask and Jessica Raylynn Smith; his grandparents, Hal, Trudy Trask, Mark, Leslie Walker and Jamie Smith; his great-grandparents, Gary, Thelma Hackler, Sam, Mary Clark, Jenny Smith, Joan Lowe and Russell Walker; his aunts and uncles, Jaylin Smith, Hal Trask, Erica Walker and Zane Walker; and his grandparents, Charles, Eyvonne Hackler, Maxine Briggs, Ima Jean Smith and John Carl Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of Denver to the Doing it for Denver Scholarship Fund (Nick Trask & Jessica Smith) established at First Financial Bank, Eastland.
