He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie, Marcella Karasek, Anton and Christine Pavlicek. He is survived by: his parents, Wilburn Karasek and Shirley Pavlicek Karasek; his sisters, Christie Meyer (Shawn) of Wharton and Kelly Halcom (David) of Glen Rose; his nephews, Cody, Westen, Naytin and Ty; and his niece Kyla.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard.
