She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Sabrsula Bartosh; and her stepfather Gene Bartosh. She is survived by: her husband Jerry J. Kubena; her sons, Trey Kubena (Niki) and Trent Kubena (Holly); her siblings, Donna Schaffner and Dennis Joines (Julie); and her grandchildren, Raegan Greak, Ryan Kubena, Tyler Kubena and Chelsey Kubena.
