He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Marshall; and his parents, Louise Marshall and Bob Marshall. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Rush; his son-in-law Richard Rush; his daughter Cindi Maxwell; his son-in-law Bret Maxwell; his son Wesley Marshall; his daughter-in-law Lisa Marshall; and his daughter Amy Ranney. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
