We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2024, at the age of 74, Martha Jean Prochaska of East Bernard, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Ann Seydler Daniel and James Clay "Jimmy" Daniel, Sr.; and her sister Judy Daniel Lane. She is survived by : her husband Joe Prochaska; her son Jody Prochaska (JoBeth); her granddaughters, Kate and Molly of Sugar Land; her son John Prochaska (Jennifer); her grandson Daniel of Galveston; her son James Prochaska (Martha); her grandchildren, Ondrea and Jamisen of East Bernard; her siblings, Jim Daniel (Patti) and Laura; and her caregiver Sheila Lenoir. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (839 Church St, East Bernard, TX 77435). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (100 Wallace St, East Bernard, TX 77435).
