He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmie Wayne Pyka. He is survived by: his wife Lea Pyka; his children, Susan Marie Gore (Robert), Kenneth Alan Pyka (Betty), Catherine Ann Thumann (Chris) and Patrick Michael Pyka (Margy); the mother of his children Patricia R. Pyka; and his siblings, Jo Ann Ishee, Janice Marie Ware (James) and Jerry Alan Pyka (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and a host of friends.
