She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hadash and Frances Giesie Hadash; her spouse Jerry Orsak; her sister Caroline; and her brothers-in-law, Warren Hunter and Danny Head.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Orsak of East Bernard, Christy Smaistrla (Ron) of East Bernard and Matthew Orsak (Kandace) of East Bernard; her siblings, Barbara White (Richard) of Wharton, Linda Head of Pearland, Patsy Carpenter (Frankie) of Markham, Cynthia Hunter of Lake Charles and Victor Hadash Jr. (Shonna) of Bay City; her half-siblings, Robert Pahmiyer of Edna and Debbie Ward of Dickenson; her grandchildren, Andrew Arceo, Ethan Smaistrla, Landon Krenek and Logan Krenek; and her caregivers, Wanda Dickerson, Cassie Robinson, Lupe Flores and Shundricka Tolliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
