He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Orsak,; his sister Betty Jo Mican; and his brother-in-law Michael Mican. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Orsak; his children, Christy Smaistrla (Ron), Angela Orsak and Matthew Orsak (Kandace); his siblings, Debbie Orsak, Allen Orsak (Leona), Pat Orsak (Stephanie) and Ronnie Orsak (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Andrew Arceo, Ethan Smaistrla, Landon Krenek and Logan Krenek.
