He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Garcia-Borras of Barcelona; and his brother Clifford Garcia (Cliff). He is survived by: his wife Rosalia Garcia (Rosie) of Richmond; his daughters, Nyssa Gonsalves (Matthew), Tahsia O'Keefe (Sean) and Jonelle Williams (Cory); his grandchildren, Thomas O'Keefe, Erik O'Keefe, Maria Estela O'Keefe, Cecilia O'Keefe, Nora Williams, Camila Gonsalves and Sebastian O'Keefe; his mother Alia Castellanos Garcia; and his sisters, Angelica Garcia Flagg and Laureen Garcia.
