He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Cruz and Maria Soto Cruz; his wife Josephine Marie Cruz; and his daughter Norma Marie Cruz. He is survived by: his children, Louis Cruz (Juliana), Rodney Cruz (Ivanova), Elma Cruz, Mary Prado (Lionel) and Linda Ozuna (David); and his sister Rosie Thomas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
