She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Oscar Perez Garcia; her former husband Raul Hernandez Contreras; her son Mayito Perez; her parents, Jesus Balboa and Delfina Balboa; and her brothers, Eloy and Jesse Balboa.
She is survived by: her children, Hector Perez, Mario Perez, Monica Perez, Mariannela Perez, Raul Hernandez and Isela Schneider; and her siblings, Otila Fessler, Maria Vicinaiz and Rafael Balboa. She is also survived by her two daughters-in-law, nine grandchildren, and their spouses, seven great-grandchildren.
