She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Henry Laskoskie and Selma Loesch Laskoskie (Sally); her husband Jerry Edwin Kosik; and her siblings, Betty Jane Laskoskie (Esther Marie Laskoskie Dusek), Robert Frank Laskoskie (Bob) and William Mac Laskoskie.
She is survived by: her daughter Jerry Lee Baker; her son-in-law Larry Boyd Baker of East Bernard, Texas.; her daughters, Lyla Sky Baker, Shelby Rose Baker, Nora Sage Baker and Bonner O'Shea Baker; and her daughter-in-law Alexandra McCord Baker.
