He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rodriguez and Ignacia Rodriguez (Gurrola); his daughter Alejandrina Rodriguez; and his brothers, Rafael Rodriguez, Fidel Rodriguez and Jose Trinidad Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Cruz Rodriguez; his children, Enrique Rodriguez (Nena) of Durango, Mexico and Eva Mendoza (Marin) of Earth, Texas; his stepchildren, Rogelio Cruz (Maria) of Shallowater, Texas, Celia Flores (Rito) of Muleshoe and Hortenia Cruz (Daniel) of Dalton, Georgia; his son-in-law Juan Rodriguez; and his siblings, Elia Rodriguez of Durango and Manuel Rodriguez of Durango, Mexico. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren; his 41 great-grandchildren; and his 9 great-great-grandchildren.
