It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Been (Earth, Texas), born in Coulterville, Illinois, who passed away on March 22, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miles and Jeanne Miles (Pertuisot); her husband Marvin "Dutch" Been; her daughter Sharon; her sons-in-law, Kenny Hamilton and Ricky Byers; and her great grandchild Garrett Byers.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Been, Jr. (Barta) of Springlake, Jerry Been (Joan) of College Station, Pansy Byers Bostwick (Wendell) of Lubbock and Melissa Marks of New Caney. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggest memorials be made to the Earth Memorial Cemetery PO Box 523 Earth, Texas 79031.
