He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Hallmark and Irene Sharp Hallmark; and his siblings, Wilma Cordell, Carolyn Reed, Troy and Ronnie.
He is survived by : his wife Nikki Hallmark of Early, Texas; his brother Jimmy Hallmark (Vickie) of Early, Texas; his children, Gary Hallmark (Elizabeth) of Austin, Texas and Cathy McPhee (Mark) of Early, Texas; his grandchildren, Alaina Hallmark Meaux (Andrew), Bailey Hallmark, Max McPhee, January McPhee and Gillian McPhee; his great grandchild Lilah Meaux; and his dog Buddy.
Memorial services will not be held at this time due to current pandemic concerns.
