He is survived by: his wife Von Dell Bailey; his children, Tina Bailey-Hart of Houston, Sandy Bailey-Low (Monty) of Abilene and Robby Bailey (Peggy) of Cross Plains; his grandchildren, Britt Hart (Chae), Clinten Bailey (Jessica), Trent Hart (Kristin), Chase Hunter (Carrie), Candice Bailey-Gebbia (Elliot) and Kailea Rose (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Addison Hart-LaQuey (Corban), Tyler Hart, Kyla Hart, Rhett Hart, Ainsley Bailey, Caige Hart, Harper Bailey, Hudson Bailey, Madalyn Gebbia, Maddux Gebbia and Aubrey Hammond.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wolf Valley Cemetery.
