He is survived by: his father Ramon Silva of Brownwood; his brother Ray; his sister-in-law Beth Silva of Brownwood; his sister Jeanette; his brother-in-law David Long of Brownwood; his niece Janie (Ian Calahan); his nephews, David (Linzie Long), Jon (Pamela Long) and Charles (Amanda Long); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Destiny, Elias, Zayn, Zeke Calahan, Stayde, Trooper, Emie Jo Long, Daniella, Isaac and Gabriel Long; and his great-uncle Nathaniel Long.
