He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alvin Watkins and Ruth Watkins; his siblings, Sharon Kay Watkins, Charles Edward Watkins and Patricia Ann Bullion; and his niece Ruth Ann Roush.

He is survived by: his nephew Douglas Jester (Stephanie) of Brownwood; and his nieces, Kathryn Jensen (Greg) of Canyon City, CO. and Cynthia Hutchison (Todd) of Flower Mound. He is also survived by five great-nephews and four great-nieces.

In honor of Ronnie's memory, the family kindly requests that instead of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice.
