He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Sr. Rosalez and Simona Rosalez; his sister Mary Lou Nuñez; and his stepsons, Pete and Gilbert Vargas.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Huro; his wife Mary Rosalez; his sons, Ricky Rosalez (Christine) of Irving, Eric Rosalez (Liz) of Mansfield and Justin Rosalez (Mindy) of Harlingen, Texas; his stepdaughter AnnaBelle Gonzales (Alfonso) of Brownwood, Texas; and his siblings, Rosario Rosalez (Judy) of Murry, Frank Rosalez, Jr. (Rita) of Coleman, Eddie Rosalez (Sylvia) of Coleman, Joe Rosalez (Eugenia) of Ft. Worth, David Rosalez (Cathy) of Brownwood, Peter Rosalez (Nancy) of Middleton, Ohio, Sofia Stamper (Vernon) of Coleman, Stella Salas of Abilene, Carolyn Rosalez of San Angelo, Pauline Molinar (Manuel) of Ft. Worth and Josie Gonzales (Rodrigo) of Brownwood. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
