He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Whiteley of Early; his children, Cody Wayne Cline (Stephanie Cline) of Brownwood and Courtney Rae Cline (Billy Palmore) of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Taylor Cline of Brownwood, Haley Halfmann (Baylor Halfmann) of Canyon and Morgan Palmore of San Angelo; his great grandchild Case Halfmann of Canyon; his sister Charline Palmer of Pratts, Virginia; his aunt Anita Still of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his nephews, Todd Butler (Diane Butler) of San Antonio and Shad Whiteley (Michelle Whiteley) of Southlake; his niece Ragan Gabbert (Ricky Gabbert) of Aledo; and his cousin Joy Murphey of Allen.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial Park (1921 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A reception was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Early Visitors & Events Center (419 Garmon Dr, Early, TX 76802).
