He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elias Thrasher and Lucy Rodgers Thrasher; his wife Lydia Bates; his friend Thunderbird Bay; his daughter Patsy Lee Lemons; his sister Iva Walker of Barberton, Ohio; and his sons, John Michael Thrasher (Ann Haines) of Port Orchard, Washington and Steve Allan Thrasher (Jamey Jo). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
