He was predeceased by: his father Walter Bearl Feltner; his stepparents, Bonnie Feltner and Dale Holleman; his brother Harold Feltner; his grandparents, George and Dorothy Roberts; and his stepbrother Bart Holleman.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Feltner of Brookesmith; his daughter Jami Feltner of Brookesmith, TX; his mother Dottie Holleman of Brownwood, TX; his mother-in-law Joyce Newsom of Brookesmith; his siblings, Leisha (Lucko Self) of Rising Star, Cliff Feltner, Kyle Feltner of Kentucky, Bobby Feltner (Kim), Wayne Holleman and Blake (Leslie Holleman) of Brownood, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth (Becky Newsom) and Beverly Holleman of Brownwood, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
