He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Belva; his sister Lyla; his wife Mickey; and his sister-in-law Lavelle.
He is survived by: his spouse Paula; his children, Shannon, Craig, Michele, Terry and Justin; his siblings, Erma (Johnny), Oscar, Harvey (Rita) and Wayne (Sherrie); and also, Marlo, Britni, Brandi, Brilee, Jennifer, Adrienne, Dylani, Kiley, Jasmine, John, Hunter, Bailee, Sharee, Kim, Kaitlynn, Riley, Amanda and Sklyar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
