He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newman and Bessie Newman; and his brothers, Tommy Newman and Bill Newman. He is survived by: his children, Kay Newman of Comanche and Bobby Newman (Cindy) of Comanche; his grandchildren, Christy Harris of Comanche and Chad Newman of Comanche; his great grandchildren, Taylor Harris of Comanche and Kylee Harris of Comanche; and his brother Garland Newman (Barbara) of Early. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
