He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Hodges, Carol Pawlik (Mike) and Linda Worley (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Tawnya McDorman, Mandy Kocian (Jon), Chase Hodges (Jessica), Angie Madrazo (Chris), Amy Faris, Julie Whitworth (Jeff), Josh Worley (Jill) and Jenny Conger (Cody). He is also survived by children and 1 great-great granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
