He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stancik and Emma Ahlgrim Stancik; his siblings, Lillie Stancik Poenitzsch, Onie Mae Stancik Horndt, Alvin Stancik, Lee Roy Stancik, Arthur "Mickey" Stancik, Clinton Stancik, Lloyd Poenitzsch, Clarence Horndt, Frances Klump Stancik and Martha Laake Stancik; and his nieces and nephews, Polly Poenitzsch McRoberts, Deborah Poenitzsch Bankston, Edward Joe Stancik, Michael Horndt and Wayne Stancik.
He is survived by: his children, Melvin, Joyce, Darlene Marie and Darrell Milton; his children-in-law, Christi Pyssen and Jeff Argo; his grandchildren, Madisyn Alysse Stancik, Maisyn Alexandra Stancik and Samuel Dean Argo; his wife Joyce Matthews Stancik; his grandchildren, Maisyn Stancik and Sam Argo; and also, Curtis, Lisa Rose and Bernice Schobel Stancik. He is also survived by his children, and the baptisms of his children, grandchildren.
