He is survived by: his children, Dawn Renee Holloway Massey of Mesquite and Marshall Ray Holloway, Jr.; his wife Pamela of Louisville; his brothers, Carl Holloway of Baton Rouge and James E. Holloway (Maureen); his grandchildren, Thomas Ray Holloway, Anthony Holloway, Nathan Dentino, Jeremy Holloway and Kevin Hubbard; and his great grandchildren, Luke Holloway and Alexa Holloway.
