She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Selma Sinclair and Mary Elizabeth Sinclair (Owen); and her son Scott Sinclair Mann. She is survived by: her husband Michael Cooper; her children, Elizabeth Sue Mann of Eagle Lake and Jack Mann of Houston; and her sister Elizabeth Sinclair Draper of Sugar Land.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lissie United Methodist Church (25527 Franklin St, Lissie, TX 77454). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
