He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Zieglar and Oleta Zieglar; his brother David Zieglar; and his stepson Pedro Gonzales. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Zieglar; his children, Frank C. Zieglar, II (Kathy) of San Antonio, Kenneth Zieglar (Melissa) of The Colony and Patricia Lopez (Jesse) of Helotes; and his siblings, Carol Sciaraffa (Andy), Edward Zieglar (Susie) and Robert Zieglar (Erika). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
